The ezeep integration with OfficeRnD Flex connects member accounts and workspace printing. This guide describes setup and print-usage management.

  • An active ezeep account for coworking. Don’t have one? Start a free trial.
  • An active OfficeRnD Flex subscription.

Step-by-Step Setup for Printing Integration

Step 1: Enable the Printing Service

Activate the ezeep–OfficeRnD Flex integration in your admin dashboard to start managing printers and print jobs.

Step 2: Configure Printing Fees

Set up pricing models for members, including per-page charges or monthly print quotas.

Step 3: Sync Workspace Members

Ensure all active members are synchronized so they can immediately access printers without delays.

Note: Please ensure that you sync users via OfficeRnd, rather than adding them through your ezeep admin portal. This ensures they are synced correctly and printing charges are applied properly.

Step 4: Assign Printers to Members or Groups

Link individual printers to users or teams to guarantee secure and organized printing operations.
