At the University of Phoenix, the computer science program welcomes around 100 students per classroom. With such diverse groups, students rely on a mix of devices – from Windows PCs and Macs, to iPhones and Android smartphones. This variety often made printing complicated and time-consuming.
The university needed a solution that could bridge these different environments and provide a seamless way for students and staff to print. As Christopher Aden, Owner of C & S Computer Repair, explains:
“We have students with different devices and setups. Ease of collaboration was really important for them when printing.”
Teaching staff, on the other hand, valued speed and simplicity.
“The time it takes for setup and the knowledge in setting it up correctly were big challenges,” says Christopher Aden.
The team discovered ezeep almost by chance while downloading the HP app. What stood out immediately was the ease of setup and affordable subscription model. Christopher Aden highlights:
“A monthly subscription offer is really a game changer.”
Within less than one month, the university had already achieved a return on its investment.
Today, ezeep is used by several students across the program. Printing barriers have disappeared, whether on campus, at home, or even at each other’s printers.
“We never have any excuses about not being able to print each other’s projects and documents,” says Christopher Aden.
The result is a smoother learning experience, where students and staff can focus on collaboration rather than technical issues.
