When designing collective_100, the owners kept in mind the touches that make an office special. From the beginning the focus was on delivering to members premium elements, such as providing access to intimate workspaces, more private offices and A-grade amenities.
For coworking management collective 100 uses OfficeRnD. And they introduced ezeep for printing. Kiara Hickman – Community Manager says “It was important that we provided a print solution that our members could easily understand how to use, a platform that was not too different from how they would usually print. With so many different companies utilizing the space, we also wanted the capability for individual members to be able to turn on secure printing should they need it.”
When it comes to printing the members needed an easy and convenient solution with an option for secure print.
“We decided on ezeep because of the integration with OfficeRnd, and how easy it was to set up and use.” Kiara Hickman continues “The members find it easy to use and like that they can download the software to their device and print directly from their applications. ezeep allowed us to manage the printing charges in the space without making it difficult for our members.”
